The NRC has received information concerning activities at your Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant.
The information is related to issues provided to your Employee Concerns Program and involves a number of areas, including security, radiological protection, procedural compliance, maintenance practices, and possible employee discrimination.
The details of the issues are included in the enclosure to this letter.
We request that you review this information and provide us a response within 30 days.
This response should address each concern which was identified to the Employee Concerns Program by this individual.
The response should describe each concern and for those concerns for which your evaluation has been completed also describe the conclusions
- reached, their bases, and the actions taken or planned.
For those concerns still open, your response should describe the actions to be completed and the schedule for these actions.
The enclosure to this letter should be controlled and distribution limited to personnel with a need to know.
The enclosure to this letter is being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790.
