the present levels and sources of property insurance maintained for PVNGS are reported as follows:

1.

Primary. property insurance coverage with a limit of $500,000,000 through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (ANI/MAELU)was renewed on March 1, 1992.

2.

Excess property insurance coverage with a limit of $765,000,000 excess of $500,000,000 through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (ANI/MAELU)was renewed. on March 1, 1992.

3.

Excess property insurance coverage with a

limit of $1,250,000,000 excess of

$1,265,000,000 through Nuclear Electric Insurance Ltd., (NEILL II) was renewed on November 15, 1991.

The total nuclear property insurance coverage in force for PVNGS is $2,515,000,000.
