PVNGS EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION 10 Gentlemen:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your May 17, 1991, letter which transmitted'Revision 10 to the Palo Verde Emergency Plan.
We have completed our review of your emergency plan.
Based upon this review, it is our conclusion that the revised emergency plan continues to meet the planning standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E.
