91-005-419.06 The information requested from Arizona Public Service Company (APS) in response to Generic Letter 91-12 is enclosed.
Our response provides an update of the examination dates and the anticipated number of candidates from PVNGS to be examined (Enclosure
- 1) and the proposed requalification examination schedules (Enclosure
- 2) for fiscal years 1992 through 1995.
Enclosure 3 provides an estimate of the number of candidates from PVNGS who will participate in the Generic Fundamentals Examination Schedule (GFES) during the 1992 fiscal year.
The dates for the 1992 operator licensing examination, provided in Enclosure 1,
differ from those assigned in Generic Letter 89-03.
In the referenced letter the NRC approved a request by APS to deviate from the National Exam Schedule and conduct the 1992 examination in June rather than March.
As requested in the Generic Letter, this information is being forwarded to the Chief, Operator Licensing Branch by copy of this letter.
