On June
10-14,
1991, Mr. L. Coblentz of this office conducted
a routine
inspection of activities authorized for Palo Verde Units 1, 2, and 3.
At the
conclusion of the inspection,
Mr. Coblentz discussed
our findings with members
of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are described in the enclosed report.

the inspection consisted of selective
examination of
procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and
observations
of activities in progress.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
