Areas

examined during this inspection

are described

inspection

report.

Within these

areas,

the inspection consisted

of selective

examinations of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews

with'ersonnel,

and observations

by inspectors.

No deviations or violations of NRC requirements

were identified within the

scope of this inspection.

One exercise

weakness

(see

paragraph

7) was

identified.

We are also concerned

about the conclusion in the exit meeting

concerning exercise

player participation.

Additionally, several

instances

were noted where player drillsmanship

seemed

weak.

In accordance

with 10 CFR 2.790(a),

a copy of this letter and the enclosure
