91-007-220; 91-056-026 In accordance with Section 2 '(6) of Facility Operating License Nos.
- NPF41, NPF51, and NPF74, the NRC is hereby notified that Amendment No. 13 of the Arizona Nuclear Power Project Participation Agreement has been fully executed by the Participants.
Amendment No.
13 shall become effective 30 days after filingwith the NRC.
Amendment No.
13 reflects the Participants'ntent to amend the Participation Agreement with respect to the permanent termination of operation and removal from service of each generating unit.
A copy of the amendment is attached.
