Present Levels of Financial Protection File: 91-003-240; 91-A-056-026 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(2) and in accordance with Operating Licensing Section 2.B(6)(b)(iii), the present levels and sources of property insurance maintained for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station are as follows:

Primary property insurance coverage with a limit of
$ 500,000,000 through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters (ANI/MAELU) renewed on March 1, 1991.

Excess property insurance coverage with a limit of
$700,000,000 excess of
