474, "Simulation Facility Certification," is attached for each PVNGS Unit and one copy of the Certification Submittal, which constitutes the supporting documentation, is also attached.

The Certification Submittal includes a

Certification Package Overview as well as detailed information concerning Certification exemptions and justification, performance test abstracts and a

schedule for periodic test performance, Simulator capabilities and environment, Simulator discrepancies, and differences between the Simulator and the individual PVNGS Units.

APS will comply with the requirement. in 10 CFR 55.45(b)(5)(ii) that licensees "Submit, every four years on the anniversary of the certification, a report to the Commission which identifies any uncorrected performance test failures, and submit a schedule for correction of such performance test failures, if any."

Appropriate controls have been instituted to ensure compliance with this requirement.

In addition, 10 CFR 55.45(b)(5)(iv) requires "...a schedule for the conduct of approximately 25 percent of the performance tests per year for the subsequent four years."

This schedule is included in Section 8 of the attachment.
