As I discussed with you over the telephone, I am enclosing a copy of a request sent to the NRC by El Paso Electric Company related to documents concerning the Palo Verde Nuclear Station.

El Paso Electric is a part owner of the Palo Verde Unit and the original letter was meant to place the named individuals on the distribution lists for all documents that the NRC sends to the licensee. As noted on the enclosed letter, we wanted this to include documents sent by Region V, as well as headquarters.
