Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS)
Reply to Allegation Regarding Members of the Security Force Eile'-001-493 The referenced letter requested Arizona Public Service Company (APS) to provide its findings regarding certain allegations related to members of the security force.
The detailed investigation report regarding the allegations is provided in Attachment l.
Attachment 1 contains information from APS personnel files.
Accordingly, APS requests that the attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790(a)(6).
APS regrets the delay in forwarding this transmittal.
An apparent internal miscommunication concluded that the investigation report had been forwarded to you on schedule.
When the error was discovered, a copy of the report was expressed to Leroy Norderhaug of Region V on November 20, 1990.
