Units 1, 2, and 3 Generic Letter 90-01, "Request For Voluntary Participation In NRC Regulatory Impact Survey" File: 90-056-026 Attached is the Arizona Public Service Company (APS) response to the NRC Regulatory Survey. The departments responsible for each of the areas listed in item 1 of the General Instructions provided the information to the survey. The responsible department provided estimates of their own involvement and estimates of other departments that were significantly involved with the inspection or audit. This survey was based on personal estimates and not a review of records.

Also per the referenced INPO letter, INPO "assist" visits and "self-assessments" have not been included in the survey.
