90-005-419.06 PVNGS requests to have the twenty-one candidates listed below take the Generic Fundamentals Examination Section of the operator licensing examination to be administered February 7, 1990. All candidates except Michael Colvin are enrolled in the PVNGS Reactor Operator Initial Training Program as reactor operator candidates and will have completed the Generic Fundamentals portion of the program by the examination administration date.
Mr. Colvtn is repeating the fundamentals section of the examination previously administered during August 1989 for the.purpose of upgrading his current operator license to a senior operator license.
