55-50496) that he had successfully passed the NRC administered Senior Reactor Operator licensing examination and indicated that his license would be issued following complet-on of certain training requirements that had been waived prior to administration of the examination.
Reference (B) granted an extension for completion of the training specified by the waiver from September 30,
