Units 1, 2, and 3 Completion of Senior Reactor Operator Waiver Requirement File: 89-056-026 Reference (A) notified Mr. Bruce J. Rash (Docket No. 55-50496) that he had successfully passed the NRC administered Senior Reactor Operator licensing examination and indicated that his license would be issued following complet-on of certain training requirements that had been waived prior to administration of the examination. Reference (B) granted an extension for completion of the training specified by the waiver from September 30, 1989, to November 30, 1989.

I am writing to certify that Mr. Bruce J.
