an updated list of Pre-Restart action items is contained in Attachment 1.

The only changes which have been made to the list are updates to the status column from open to closed for individual records.

Additionally, Reference (b) transmitted an updated list of Post-Restart action items as required by Reference (a).

Attachment 2 provides an updated status of the Post-Restart list.

Please annotate your list to reflect the updated status.

The Pre-Restart and Post-Restart status reflect actions complete as of December 1,
