89-A-056-026 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.46, enclosed is the PVNGS Annual Report which describes the changes and, errors in the Combustion Engineering (CE) codes and analysis methodology for Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) analysis from the last

-approved version through the end of 1988.

In

summary, for this reporting period'nly one computer code had reportable changes or errors.

The corrections and'hanges made to this code reduced the peak cladding temperature by less than 1'F.
