89-010-026 ANPP responded to Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.1 (Part 2) in a letter, ANPP-28167 dated November 3, 1983, which addressed a procedure governing control of Technical Instruction Manuals.

ANPP committed to include front-end review, by the Maintenance Engineering Department, of.all changes and/or revisions to the Manuals prior to incorporation.

This letter confirms that since the Maintenance Engineering Department no longer
