The remaining rocker arms on the "A" EDG were inspected and another crack was identified on the exhaust rocker arm for the 9R cylinder.

The rocker arms for the remaining Palo Verde Units 1, 2, and 3 -EDG s have been inspected and no other deficiencies were noted.

Long-term corrective action will be developed in association with the original equipment manufacturer (Cooper-Bessemer).
