This letter is provided to confirm a

telephone conversation between Mr. M. J. Davis, NRC and Mr. J.

R. Provasoli,

ANPP, concerning the referenced letter.

The referenced letter requested a Technical Specification Amendment that would delete Figures 6.2-1 and 6.2-2; Onsite and Offsite Organization from Section 6.2.

Mr.

Davis called with comments he had received from the Office of General Council USNRC in regards to the Technical Specification Amendment request.

Their comments concern Section 6.2.lb and c in that no titles were given for the Offsite and Onsite individuals who have overall responsibility for safety and operation.

After further

review, ANPP agrees with the Office of General Council and herewith submits the attached insert as a replacement page to the referenced letter.
