plan in progress to streamline the company which includes staff reductions.
This plan is an efficiency move and,does not effect Palo Verde.
There is no change in APS'ommitment to provide necessary resources to insure plant safety as discussed with James Taylor,.Jack Martin and you on May 2, 1988.
