Unit 3 NRC'nspection of PVNGS Unit 3 File: 88-'019-026 ANPP has received the reference (1) letter, and we wish t'o correct the wording of the commitment on page. 4 of the Inspection Report.
As stated. on that page, ANPP committed to install the thermocouple/trip in the number 2 main bearing of the 3B diesel generator at the first outage of Unit 3 for any purpose.
In reference '2, ANPP committed to install the.
thermocouple/trip device the first time the unit is operating in MODE 5, after receiving the necessary parts.
As stated in our letter, due to the time required to complete the installation and testing of this device, the installation should be done in MODE '5.
ANPP has received'he necessary parts and intends to complete the installation as stated in reference (2).
