Dear Sirs:
Attached please find the Startup Report prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.2 of Appendix A (Technical Specification) to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 3 Operating License.
The report contains the test results of Fuel Load, Post-Core Hot Functional Testing, Initial Criticality, Low Power Physics Testing, and Power.Ascension Testing.
There are two minor items that are open:
as noted in the report.
These items will be addressed in Supplement 1 to the Startup Report, to be submitted by July 6,
1988.
The items concern Section 6.10, "Main and Emergency Feedwater Systems Test" and Section 6.11, "CPC Verification and COLSS Verification".
