It is not applicable since ANPP has decided not to participate in the ISAP II program.

5. Do you have any potential concerns about participating in !.'RP II?

Major potential concerns consist of (1) uncertainty about the content of IPE Generic Letter, (2) lack of decision as to who (the NRC staff or the utility) will evaluate the operating experience review to identify trends, (3) impact on operating..license, (4) impact on the budget.

6. Do you have any suggesticns for program improvements or chances?

The rigorous implementation of the ISAP II program through amendements to the operating license and/or license conditions should be eliminated.
