Stress Corrosion Cracking of High Hardness Type 410 Stainless Steel Znternal Preloaded Bolting in Anchor Darling Model S350W Swing Check Valves or Valves of Similar Design File:
89-056-.026 Arizona Public Service Company has performed a review of all safety related swing check valves installed in Units li 2g and 3 as required by NRC Bulletin 89-02.
This review determined that there were no Anchor Darling Model S350W check valves or valves of a similar design (preloaded Type 410 Stainless Steel bolt material) installed in any of the Units.
The review completes all actions required by Bulletin 89-02.
