- License, NPF-65, I am hereby certifying that Item l.a of Attachment 1 to the license has been completed for the initial entry into Hode l.
The operability of all systems required for the initial entry into Mode 1
has been demonstrated by successfully meeting the acceptance criteria in the PVNGS Technical Specifications.
This has been accomplished by the completion of the applicable surveillance tests or by preoperational testing which verifies meeting the requirements of the Technical Specifications which were performed within the required surveillance interval or by operability as demonstrated for Modes 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
