Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is provided in response to the inspection conducted by Messrs. J.
Montgomery, M. Schuster, D.
W. Schaefer and L. R. Norderhaug of the NRC Staff on May 5-9, 1986.
Based on the results of the inspection, two (2) apparent violations of NRC requirements were identified.
The apparent violations are discussed. in Appendix A of the referenced letter.
The apparent.violations and their respective ANPP responses are attached.
This report contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Please ensure appropriate steps are taken to Safeguard its contents.
