This letter is provided to confirm information which is contained in PVNGS FSAR Section
- 1. 1 concerning the transfer of undivided ownership interest in PVNGS Units 1, 2and3.
On 'January 29,
- 1986, Salt River Project (SRP) transferred 5.7X undivided ownership interest to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
As a result, the percentage of undivided ownership interest retained by
- SRP, as of January 29, 1986, is 17.49X.
