Docket Nos.

STN-50-528 (License No. NPF-41)/529.

Dear Mr. Knighton:

The letter in Reference (1) states:

"Prior to exceeding 5X of full power, ANPP shall identify any differences between the Unit 1 and Unit 2 control

rooms, evaluate the differences to identify HEDs, if any, and propose actions and schedules to correct the HEDs."

ANPP conducted a

three phase evaluation program plan to identify any differences between the Unit 1 and Unit 2 control rooms which would result in Human Engineering Discrepancies (HEDs).

The three phases consisted of evaluating pre-planned control room differences between Unit 1 and Unit 2, evaluating temporary differences due to Design Change Packages (DCPs) being implemented at different times between the Units and conducting a walkdown of the Units'ontrol rooms and comparing the findings.

The results of the evaluation identified no new HEDs.

Currently, the total number of HEDs, not completed in Unit 2 remains the same as identified in Reference (2), with the required actions and schedules listed.

By submittal of this information, we have closed out the above stated license condition (Attachment 2, part b).
