In accordance with 10CFR ~ 50.54(w)(4),
the present levels and sources of property insurance maintained for the Arizona Nuclear Power Project's PVNGS Units 1
and 2
are as follows:

Primary Property Insurance coverage with a limit of $500,000,000 through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool(ANI/MAERP) effective December 14, 1984, with a premium anniversary date of March 1 of each year.

Excess Property Insurance coverage with a limit of $85,000,000 part of
$500,000,000 excess of $500,000,000, through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool (ANI/MAERP) effective December 14,
- 1984, with a premium anniversary date of March 1 of each year.
