Arizona Public Service Company (APS),
as Prospect Manager and Operating Agent for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Units 1,
2 and 3 submits on behalf of Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) three originals and nineteen copies of a Supplemental Application for amendment of Facility Operating License No. NPF-41, for PVNGS Unit 1.
For the reasons set forth in the Supplemental Applica-tion the requested consent and amendment involve no significant hazards considerations, as defined in 10 CFR 50.92 and have no environmental significance.
A check in the amount of
$ 150 is also submitted in payment of the fee for a license amendment prescribed by 10 CFR 170.12.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b),
a copy of Supplemental Application, including the analysis about no significant hazards considerations has been served upon the New Mexico Public Service Commission and the Attorney General of the State of New Mexico.
