Supplement 1 to Safety Evaluation Report for CEN-152, "Combustion Engineering Emergency Procedure Guidelines."
Dear Mr. Knighton:
License Condition 2.C(11)(a) states, "Three months after the staff issues its evaluation of Revision 2 to the CE Owners Group emergency procedure guidelines (CEN-152), dated May 8, 1984, APS shall provide a schedule for revising (i) the Procedure Generation Package to be in conformance with Revision 2 to CEN-152, as modified by the staff's evaluation, and (ii) the emergency operating procedures to be in conformance with the revised Procedures Generation Package."
The referenced letter transmitted the staff's evaluation of the CE Owners Group emergency procedure guidelines to the CE Owners Group on April 16, 1985.
In accordance with PVNGS Unit 1 License Condition 2.C(ll)(a),
we hereby submit the APS schedule for revising the PVNGS plant specific technical guidelines (Procedures Generation Package) and emergency operating procedures.
By the submittal of the attached
- schedule, License Condition 2.C(11)(a) is closed.

%his timetable was developed in response to Unit One Operating LLcense NPF-41 Condition 2.C(ll)(a). It is in accordance with NUREG-899, Section 6.2.4.
The dates listed on the timetable are based on the CEN-152 Revision 02 SER, which was issued April 16, 1985.
