Dear Sir:
In response to the subject Notice of Violation, the reference letter committed to revise Procedure 30AC-9ZZ01 by June 7,
1985 to more clearly identify the responsibility for the removal of "Maintenance Required Tags".
On June 7,
- 1985, ANPP verbally notified the Senior NRC Resident Inspector of the possibility of the procedure not being approved as previously scheduled.
We have now determined that based upon the comments received from the Plant Review Board (PRB) concerning different areas of the procedure revision, the procedure is not scheduled to be approved until June 26, 1985.
