Dear Mr. Knighton:
ANPP has committed to implement a program to reduce leakage from systems outside containment that could contain highly radioactive fluids during a serious transient or accident to as low as practical levels.
As a part of this program, ANPP has agreed to submit a report to the NRC staff prior to initial operation above 5X power which presents the results of the initial leak rate tests for the subject fluid systems.
The attachment to this letter is the report which details the leak rate test that has been performed.
