License Condition 2.C(19)(b) states:
"Prior to exceeding 5% of full power, APS shall implement actions to correct HED's A-3.1,
- 173, 151A,
- 152A, 154A,
- 158A, 161A,
- 163A, 164A,
- 159B, 165A,
- 166A, and 153A as described in its submittal of October 29, 1984."
In accordance with License Condition 2.C(19)(b)we hereby confirm completion of the actions taken to correct the subject HED's as described in our October 29, 1984 letter.
This completes the action items required to close out License Condition 2.C(19)(b).
