Enclosed for your information is a copy of Revision 4 of the Salt Deposition and Impact Monitoring Plan for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2, and 3.
This Revision 4 incorporates revisions to the monitoring plan previously provided in our letters, References (1), (2), and (3).
We request that the Evironmental Protection Plan (section 4.2.2) for the full power operating license reflect this Revision 4.
