Dear Sir:
Arizona Public Service Company (APS) for itself and on behalf of the participants in the Arizona Nuclear Power Project have elected to furnish annual certified financial statements pursuant to 10 CFR Part 140.21 as defined in subsection (e) of this part.
At present, APS is attempting to establish an acceptable date by which all of the participants can respond during their normal business cycle in order to meet the requirements as set forth in this section.
Upon determination of the date, APS will then request the Nuclear Regulatory Commission establish that date for the submission of their annual statements.
