Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(3)(iv)(w)(1) and in accordance with section (w)(4) of this part, the present levels and sources of Property Insurance maintained for the Arizona Nuclear Power Project's Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 are as follows:

Primary Property Insurance coverage with a limit of $500,000,000 through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool (ANI/

MAERP) effective December 14, 1984 and renewed March 1, 1985.

2.

Excess Property Insurance coverage with a limit of $85,000,000 excess of $500,000,000, through American Nuclear Insurers/Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool (ANI/MAERP) effective December 14, 1984 and renewed March 1, 1985.
