This letter is provided to advise you that Mr. E. E.
Van Brunt, Jr.,
has been named Executive Vice President for the Arizona Nuclear Power Project, effective March 1, 1985.
Mr. Van Brunt will be fulfillingthe position left by the retirement of Mr. Tom Woods on February 28, 1985.
The responsibilities of the position of Executive Vice President, Arizona Nuclear Power Project will remain unchanged.
Additionally, we are actively pursuing a replacement for the Vice President, Nuclear Production position previously held by Mr. Van Brunt.
