essenger Acting 'ctor Office of Inspector and Auditor GUNDERSON/ROYCE - CLIENTS OF GAP ALLEGED INSPECTION/INVESTIGATION IRREGULARITIES 84'p~~~:10 Attached is the Office of Inspector and Auditor's (OIA) report of investiga-tion into the alleged mishandling by the NRC of allegations by Robert Gunderson and Wallace Royce, former Bechtel employees at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, of construction deficiencies at Palo Verde.
We reviewed this report and deleted any information which we considered could result in an unwarranted invasion of privacy of any person named in the report.
As expunged, OIA has no objection to the public release of this report.
