Equipment Qualification.
Dear Mr. Knighton:
Attachment 2 of the reference letter provided our status regarding the qualification of Limitorque valve operators and stated that the-corrective action to the material, drain plugs, and terminal blocks in the Limitorque VMA's will be completed prior to fuel load.
This letter confirms that the corrective action to the material, drain plugs and terminal blocks in the Limitorque VMA's has been completed with the exceptions noted in Attachment 1.
Attachment 1 contains justifications for interim operation for each item which is not completed as of this date.
