Equipment Qualification.
Dear Mr. Knighton:
The referenced letter provided the status of corrective actions required to assure environmental qualification of Limitorque valve actuators.
At the writing of the referenced letter, APS stated that not all of the required corrective actions would be made prior to fuel load of PVNGS Unit 1, and provided justifications for interim operation for those items.
APS hereby, confirms that the required corrective actions to the Limitorque valve actuators have been completed and the JIO's provided in the referenced letter are no longer applicable.
