Enclosed ar'e draft proposed FSAR changes for your information that corrects the applicability of ANSI/ANS 3.1 to Nuclear Operators I and II.
An editorial change is also included that references the Technical Specifications for the composition of the operating shift crew.
These changes are expected to be incorporated in FSAR Amendment 14 to the FSAR which is scheduled for submittal in February 1985.

At least one qualified Radiation Protection Technician shall be assigned to each shift in each unit with fuel loaded in the reactor.
During refueling operations or when numerous radiation protection activities are in progress, additional Radiation Protection Technicians will be assigned and supervision
