16. PVNGS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS e PVNGS Technical Specifications .define plant variables, op ating conditions, surveillance requirements, and admini-stra 've controls that are considered necessary for. the health and sa ety of the public.

The PVNGS Technical Specifications have been prepared in accordance 'th the guidance of NUREG-0212, Standard Technical Specifications. for Combustion Engineering Pressurized Water Reactors, dated 75arch 15, 1977, as supplemented by Sample Fire Protection Technical Specifications, dated November 1S, 1977.

The format of the PVNQS Technical Specifications addresses the categories required by OCFRSO and Regulatory Guide 1.70,
