Dear Mr. Knighton:

As you are well aware, we have been submitting numerous letters which provide changes to existing licensing documents.

We wi 11 not be able to issue amendments to these documents prior to the issuance of the PVNGS Unit 1 operating license.

As we had agreed, we are hereby sub-mitting a listing of correspondence affecting these licensing documents as presently amended.

This listing is attached and is arranged by licensing document.

We also agreed that when we do amend these licensing documents, we will identify any changes made from the letters previously submitted.

The attachments to this letter will be supplemented, if necessary, just prior to the issuance of the operating license.

The specific schedule for this supplement list will be established with Mr. E.A. Licitra, Licensing Project Manager.
