Dear Mr. Bishop:
As part of the corrective actions committed to in response to the subject Notice of Violation, the reference letter provided a schedule date of October 19, 1984 for the completion of a review of approximately 400 Startup Field Reports (SFR).
As discussed with R.
Zimmerman of your staff on October 22,
- 1984, the review was involving more time than expected due to the detail of review required.
It is planned however, that the review will be completed and the results, be made available for inclusion into the supplemental report as committed to
'n the reference letter.
This report is still scheduled to be provided by October 31, 1984 as previously noted.
