Dear Sir:
Arizona Public Service Company (APS), as Project Manager of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS), is enclosing herewith three (3) originals and nineteen copies of its Request for Extension of the Latest Completion Date for Construction Permit No. CPPR-142, dated October 25, 1984.
The enclosed Request seeks, the extension of the latest date for completion of construction of Palo Verde Unit 2 from November 1,
1984, to December 31, 1985.
We request this extension even though we fully anticipate PVNGS Unit 2 should be prepared to load fuel at an earlier date.
Pursuant to 10CFR Section 170.21, APS is submitting herewith its check in the amount of $150.00 in payment of the application fee associated with such request.
