Attached is a proposed FSAR change to Section 1.8 concerning an exception to Regulatory Guide 1.83, "Inservice Inspection of Pressurized Water Reactor Steam Generator Tubes."
The exception is to perform a base line inspection prior to the field hydrostatic test in lieu of after field hydrostatic testing.
