APS submitted the Reference (1) letter in response to the Reference (2) license conditions concerning PASS. Per a telecon dated October 1, 1984, E. Licitra and J. Wing of your staff requested that APS submit a copy of the "Development of the Comprehensive Procedure Guideline for Core Damage Assessment", by Combustion Engineering Owners Group Task 467, dated July 1983 which is referenced in response to license condition number 4 of Reference (1). Attached per the staff's request, is a copy of the Combustion Engineering Owners'Group Task 467 dated July, 1983.
