Dear Hr. Bishop:
Attachment A, pages six and seven of Reference A, committed to training on certain procedure revisions which were issued in response to this Notice of Violation and to providing procedural/programmatic enchancements required as a result of a project-wide review concerning material control.
These commitments were scheduled to be completed August 31, 1984 and September 15, 1984, respectively.
The August 31, 1984 schedule date was not met due to improper documen-tation.
This item was documented by CAR S-84-92, dated September 24, 1984.
The training was subsequently documented on October 2, 1984.
The September 15, 1984 schedule date was not met because several of the procedural changes identified had not been fully implemented.
The status of these items has been documented on Quality Assurrance followups QAD 84-QSE-154/TDS and QAD-84-QSE-183/TDS dated September 5,
1984 and September 25, 1984, respectively.
In response to the followups, a revised due date of October 15, 1984 has been established.
