Reference B submitted the APS response to the NRC request for additional information in Ref.
A.
In Ref.
C, the NRC requested APS to submit our program plans for complying with the require-ments set forth in 10CFR20.311 regarding the transfer of radioactive waste destined for disposal at a land disposal facility.
Ref.
C also requested APS to submit the revised PVNGS PCP incorporating the previous responses in Ref.
B.
Ref.
D provided the NRC with a tentative schedule for responding to Ref. C.
